About
Dr Lindsay Gehring

Aloha,

I'm Dr. Lindsay Gehring, the founder of Maui Sunset Veterinary Care LLC. Originally hailing from the Midwest, specifically Nebraska and Kansas, I earned my veterinary degree from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015.

In the summer of 2021, my family—comprising my husband, Robert, and our adventurous 7-year-old son, Ryan—embarked on a new chapter by making Maui our home.

Throughout my career in general practice, I've cultivated a deep appreciation for the profound bond between humans and their animal companions. From witnessing the joy of a pet's first moments at home to supporting families through the heart-wrenching farewells, I've always considered it a privilege to be part of these meaningful life stories.

Recognizing the need for compassionate end-of-life care in our community, I founded Maui Sunset Veterinary Care in the fall of 2022. It is my heartfelt mission to bring solace and guidance to Maui families during their pets' final moments. I am dedicated to providing selfless support, ensuring a peaceful passing, and creating loving last memories for our cherished animal companions.

Thank you for considering Maui Sunset Veterinary Care as your trusted partner on this emotional journey.

Aloha,
Dr. Lindsay Gehring

In Loving Memory
